TBLBC is a non-profit corporation that operates for advocacy, educational, social and charitable purposes; providing opportunities to assist the neurodiverse gain reliable communication, motor support and build a community of inclusion.
Advocacy
This inclusive group was formed to defend and celebrate the basic rights of the neurodiverse community. We are comprised of self-advocates and their allies who are working together toward this common goal.
Education
Our community works to break down the long-held stereotypes and cultural attitudes toward the neurodiverse population. This is no easy feat but it is one we eagerly embrace.
Social
We provides families within the Tampa Bay area opportunities to get to know one another, support each other, learn more about neurodiversity and participate in community events with one another. Everyone is invited to join us as we visit museums, play kickball in the park, go bowling, enjoy game nights, etc.
Charitable
We aim to make our events free and/or as inexpensive as possible.
